Introduction	I am a devoted husband and father of five awesome children. I am a composer, a musician and a triathlete. I am an eternal optimist and a hopeless romantic—and I am proof that no matter how busy our lives are—it is possible to find balance with a little sacrifice.
Interests	Composing, Triathlons, Raising 5 wonderful children (did I mention that we had 5 kids ages 6 and under!)
Favorite Music	Deep breath... I am a composer. I have written articles ranging from Stravinsky to Hip Hop. I love Bach and Radiohead, Feldman and Johnny Cash. I learn a lot from different musical traditions and synthesize them into my own work with my own voice.
