| Introduction | Bergen LEADS is an exciting, 10-month learning and leadership adventure for adults who live or work in Bergen County. Interactive, fast-paced and experiential, Bergen LEADS lets leaders see the community – and themselves – through new eyes. Beginning in September, a class of 30 men and women – aspiring and acknowledged leaders of broadly diverse backgrounds – will meet monthly to dissect issues, debate viewpoints and develop approaches to community problems. Challenging team projects allow LEADS participants to put their new-found knowledge - of the community and of themselves as leaders - to work, while tackling critical issues facing the community.
