| Introduction | When I retired in 2015, I had to re-invent myself, from teacher-librarian to a stay-at-home retired person. I ended up finding exercise, which started with yoga, moved to fitness kickboxing, and I've kept walking and hiking. My newest thing is resistance training, and I'm working out at a small gym with a great trainer. I'm married and we have a son. |
