| Introduction | I am a middle-aged executive in a medical device company in Austin, Texas. I am remarried, we have four pretty damned grown children, I work long hours at a fascinating job in a very exciting company, and still find time to exercise, read and blog. Accordingly, I watch very little television and under no circumstances do I golf. Why the name? I grew up in Iowa City and am a lifelong Hawkeye fan, even though I did not attend the University of Iowa. I went to college at Princeton University (1983), and law school at the University of Michigan (1986). But -- go figure -- I still cheer for Iowa over the Wolverines. |
