Introduction	Hi my name is Carolyn but some call me Caz, I started work at 16 in the rag trade as a trainee cutter and progressed to doing Schiffli embroidery which involved fabric and thread changes along with altering the machine setup for patterns and it's maintanace. After a fire that swept through the embroidery floor, I was taken to the machine floor to become a machinest. I learnt how to make garments for some of the top designers. While working here I met Phil, he had been brought in as a contractor. We got married and eventually had three wonderful boys, but not all at once. Phil very sadly passed away in my arms after a short illness in 97. He had been diagnosed with Leukaemia a few days before Christmas and passed away just after my birthday in February from the side affects of Chemo. We were all devastated by his passing and if it was'nt for the boys, I don't think I would have made it through the past five years. The boys are truly my inspiration and gave me the strenth to fight my own illness so they have been through alot as well. I've now started crafting again so I hope you like what I've been doing.
