About me

Gender Female
Occupation Homemaker & All Around Troublemaker
Location Hometown City, United States
Introduction I cook from scratch more often than not, and enjoy challenging myself with new recipes. I love to bake and can frequently be found puttering around in the nearest kitchen. I enjoy "grazing" my way through the past and bringing the things I love into my present day life. My interests are pretty diverse and a bizarre mixture of the present and the past. Trust me on this, there's like twelve people of various ages living inside me. I have a very special place in my heart for most elements of the 1970's, though I enjoy many other earlier time periods as well. I make hair accessories for my own use because I can't find the sort of things I like in my price range. I am generally pretty frugal, but I do have my weaknesses. I love to laugh and can usually find humor even in the darkest hour. I'm happily married to the science loving Mr. Hairball, who somehow finds my eccentricities endearing. I have no children and am owned by two cats. I am also "the one" that your mother told you to stay away from.
Interests cooking/baking, making fun of Semi-Homemade Cooking with Sandra Lee, kitchen dancing, cats, frugal stuff, girly crap, politics, retro/vintage stuff, beading, reading

You've successfully slain the dragon! How will you toast your marshmallows?

With my pocket flamethrower from Ronco! It makes a great Christmas gift and it's only $19.99! Be sure and pick one up for grandma and cousin Fred, because it's just not Christmas unless someone ends up in the hospital.
