Introduction | Thanks for checking our our blog. We are Rob and Tonya from Indiana. We started this blog so we could share both our experiences and what we learn as we build our French inspired dream home. Our goal is to design a practical home, not a museum and although we like high quality materials and designs, we will show you how we still get those things for a practical cost. We built our first home nearly 8 years ago and as they say "learned how to build a house AFTER we actually finished building a house". We also love interior design and have already spent a great deal of time gathering items for the new home, although they are in storage until the project is done. When we are not planning, designing, or collecting; we enjoy going on walks with our King Charles Spaniel and Lhasa Apso. Again, thanks for stopping by and we hope you follow along. |
