Introduction	I am a 49 year old wife and mom. I have a beautiful 24 year old daughter named Casey who brings me more joy than I ever thought possible. I love being her mom! I have Cystic Fibrosis and had a double lung transplant on Nov 12, 2001 and had a kidney transplant on Nov 10, 2008 and another one in 2018. I was diagnosed with CF when I was 4 years old, but my first hospitalization wasn't until I was 23. I was very blessed to have a daughter at the age of 25. After Casey was born, I worked in the nursing field for 3 years before becoming very ill with a mycobacterium in my lungs. Three years after that, at the age of 31, I had a double lung transplant at Duke University Medical Center. Because of an anti-body issue, I had to receive organs from a relative, so they removed both of my lungs and replaced them with a lobe from my Uncle Joey and my mom. What a gift they both gave me!! Because of diabetes, the anti-rejection meds and high blood pressure, I had to have a kidney transplant 7 years later, which was also donated by my mom. God has brought me this far, and has blessed me in so many ways.
Interests	First and foremost.. my family and God... the Libertarian Party, also cherry Poptarts, my Mac, black and white photos, Shaun White, candles, antiques, dogs, tigers, high heels, tall boots, Toyotas, cabins in the mountains, snow, roller coasters, s'mores, royalty, America, Target, thrillers, personal m&ms, food network, tea sets, flying, the smell of a motocross race, books, open windows, the sunset over the ocean, stargazing, iced tea, my Tassimo maker, guns, pink lipgloss, big purses, sapphires, traveling, big earrings, white teeth, Big Red gum, trips to OBX, pilates, respectful men (like my hubby), green eyes, red shoes, waterfalls, Vitamin Water, ice skating, skipping rocks, meeting new friends, and all of my wonderful CF friends!!!
Favorite Movies	A lot! Lord of the Rings trilogy, The Matrix, X-Men, Sweet Home Alabama, V For Vendetta, The Count of Monte Cristo, Where the Heart Is, Pans Labrynth, and anything with Johnny Depp!!
Favorite Music	Tons and tons!! I find new artists that I like all the time, so it's hard to narrow it down. I will listen to just about any kind of music.
