| Introduction | We are Gina and Carolyn. We became friends thanks to the friendship our kids developed, and so glad for it! We discovered we had a lot in common and could help motivate eachother in our weighloss journey!!! Both working moms of two children Gina (6 and 3) and Carolyn (5&2), we know all too well how easy it is to sit and veg infront of the TV after a hectic day at the office, and after school programs etc. However, this is important, and we have to give to ourselves before we can give to anyone else, so we have made this commitment. Follow along though the trials and tribulations, challenges and successes and watch us evolve to our full potential!! |
