| Introduction | I'm a Senior Fellow at the Hugh L. Carey Institute for Government Reform at Wagner College. In addition to studying the recall, I've also written over 300 op-eds and book reviews on a host of political process and historical topics. I first came to study the recall when I wrote my Master's Thesis on the history and use of the recall in California's Legislature. I later received a JD from Columbia Law School. I currently work as a Public Relations Executive. |
