| Introduction | I’m an ICT Manager for a highly successful multi-disciplinary design practice in Melbourne. It’s a large organization with studios throughout Australia and Asia so I interact with a diverse range of vendors, stakeholders, customers and clients on an equally wide range of issues everyday.
