| Introduction | The Chaffin Band program has a 38 year tradition of musical excellence. Students studying an instrument begin their band experience in the training band. The training band is broken down into three homogeneous classes. Students in their 2nd year of study are members of the performance based 8th grade band. Third year students are members of the 9th grade band. 8th and 9th grade members comprise the very successful and entertaining Marching Cougar Band! |
