Introduction	Along with my brother, I am currently in the process of renovating an old cottage which dates back to the 1700's. Although it feels as if I've been living on a building site for the past three years, we are finally getting there and the cottage is starting to feel more like a home! We have, where possible, used as much original and bespoke material as is reasonable, both inside and out. I am a big fan of all things vintage and antiques and try to keep away from mass producing DIY stores. Both my brother and I work full time so trying to find time to work on the house and garden is difficult but every spare minute we have goes into the restoration of our lovely cottage and hope that you will enjoy reading my updates on our progress.
