Introduction	My road to motherhood was initially smooth, with our precious daughter born in mid-2008. We then had a miscarriage in Sept-09 and our second daughter was born still in February 2010… both are forever in our hearts and always part of our family. The bumpy road continued, as we struggled to conceive naturally over 2010. Therefore, in early 2011, we started IVF for secondary infertility. This has led on to failed cycles, blighted ovum and chemical pregnancies... plus a short natural pregnancy between cycles in Sept 2011. Our last IVF cycle of 2011 ended with another chemical pregnancy, so we tried PGD for our first cycle in 2012... with no success. Then another retrieval in May.. then transferred a perfect little embie but had a BFN. We are continuing with PGD IVF to find our perfect embie/s... and our (possibly) last embryo transfer scheduled for 25-July did not go ahead after our embie did not survive the thaw. I will continue to wish on every dandelion I see until our next child is safely in our arms.... but am now not sure how that is going to be possible.
