Introduction Much of my life has been lived in the south, but also in the midwest, northeast and western states. I love life, being a free spirit and spreading the joy of little discoveries and journeys, becoming excited over what others may consider the smallest things such as an unexpected thunderstorm, raindrops on leaf tips, a newly discovered coffee shop tucked away, an unexpected hug, a delicious smile, the happiness of a puppy or kitten and so many other things. I enjoy learning new crafts, fun, joyful and insightful things from those who love to share. Always enthusiast about new adventures, new foods, new sites or just to absorb peace and renewal by the fireside or on a mountain top or grassy knoll.
Interests Some of my interests include nature study, various cuisine (Japanese, Italian, Latin, American South, etc.) reading, music of various genre, herbal healing, holistic health, I would love to travel more of the world, learning about other cultures and their people, gardening, cooking and baking, reading and writing poetry; I play to a limited extent the guitar and piano as well as the ukulele and am trying to learn how to play a my low key meditation flute in harmony with Nada yoga; I also enjoy Tai Chi Chuan and Namaste Yoga, my canine companions, activities with my children, long walks in the country and much more...
