Introduction	My life was suddenly and forever changed on October 27, 2009 when my beautiful and loving husband committed suicide. I started this blog as a way to write about my feelings and the enormous changes that were occurring in my life. Since then, I have struggled with all the things that heavy grieving creates and I'm still trying to come out on the other end okay. So far, I've done some things I regret and some things I don't regret. But through all this I am hanging on to the hope that someday I will find that new normal that will feel like my life again.
