| Introduction | Anyone that knows the Disney version of Dr.Syn & the Scarecrow of Romney Marsh, may understand my use of the name & images. Dr.Syn is the proper gentleman (actually a Vicar), always does what everyone expects of him. The perpetual "Good Guy." While the Scarecrow, identity unknown, can do what needs to be done in total anonymity. At this point in time, it's how I must operate. Any of my family finds out that I'm drawing cartoons as a sideline, & I'll be ostracized in a minute (given my family, that might not be such a bad thing!). Oh my GOD.....my family, with cartoonist in it ? They'll force me to hang a bell 'round my neck & walk the streets shouting, "Unclean, Unclean!" Until I can really make a go of this venture (adventure?), it's late nights, coffee, & and drams of, that which is at hand, as needed. |

What's the earliest you've gotten up to watch cartoons and what did you see?
In my case, I never went to bed, and all I saw was a blank sheet of paper when I lifted my head off the drawing board !
