| Introduction | I am a young at heart, early 40's, mother of 3 kids and two fur-babies. I have been a vegetarian for over 22 years and vegan for the past 3 years. I love to read, work out, cook and travel. Unfortunately I have to work and don't get to do the things I love nearly as much as I'd love to! I aspire to write one day but that day has yet to come. If I had my wish I would live someplace warm and tropical (not in the USA), run a refuge for homeless animals, have a huge garden and own a small cafe. Hopefully someday....A girl can dream! |
