| Introduction | Proximate to government 'security' agencies [several governments, numerous agencies which have 'cross communicated' to the point of becoming an 'iterative awareness' network with a life of its own], as might be expected Peter Bis is a controversial figure. Growing up in an abusive environment, defense mechanisms included going to the library to escape the home from a very early age. Obtaining prior credits at Kalamazoo Valley Community College 1969-1971, he attended Western Michigan University obtaining a BS in History [Ancient Rome, Colonial Latin Amer typical] with Finance minor [Amer Financial Systm, Risk and Insurance typical] in 1974, followed by law school [Thomas M. Cooley] in Lansing Michigan 1977-78: Property I and II, Contracts I and II, Torts I and II, Criminal Law, Civ Pro I, and Criminal Pro. Bis then returned to Western Michigan Univ Kalamazoo for nondegree studies in accounting 1980: Income Tax Actg, Managerial Actg, Financial Actg I and II. 1990 and 1991 Peter traveled extensively with access to the Vatican librar[ies] and other source locations and field sites; documenting that sequence will be an upcoming focus of this website. |
