Recently prevailed in the largest settlement of its kind in the history of the United States, wherein the leadership of the APS spent $863K on litigation and legal weaselry, in an ultimately successful effort to buy "admissions of no guilt" in the face of incontrovertible evidence of their violation of my First Amendment rights. ...................... Nothing changed; they still meet in secret, without oversight, and without recording their meetings, to escape the consequences of their individual and collective incompetence and corruption. ....................... They have spent and continue to spend millions and millions of dollars underwriting their cost-is-no-object legal defenses. They're enriching their lawyer friends from a large bore pipeline to operational funds; tax dollars that could, should and would be spent in classrooms were they not being squandered in courtrooms instead. |
