Introduction	After working for many years in the fields of health care and public safety, my time is now spent doing the things that interest me. Singing in the church choir, playing guitar for the praise band at church, writing songs - patriotic, folk, country, spiritual, blues. Spending time with family and friends, sewing, knitting, baking and cooking for the people I love the most in this whole world, so I can see them smile with joy - that is what is most important.
Interests	Creativity - all the things in my blog plus gardening, martial arts, music, family, zen, hobby farming, photography, reading.
Favorite Movies	All the funny ones (in my opinion), sad ones, ones full of action or suspense. Clint Eastwood, Steven Seagal, Bruce Willis, Alan Rickman, Sandra Bullock, Meryl Streep - the people who are aging with grace and dignity and still working.
Favorite Music	Eclectic tastes.
