Introduction	So, I'm sitting in the chair at the hairdresser and I look down at my jeans and I see beautiful splashes of paint. On MY jeans. Oh my, oh my. I think I am an artist! For years I have been drawing, doodling, even sustaining occasional bouts of crafting and dismissing my efforts as 'interesting messes'. Then one day, I complained to an accomplished artist friend that I couldn't draw. She picked up the piece I'd been working on and said, "Of course you can draw. You draw like this." And now I am wearing paint spattered jeans in public. It feels good to be an artist. I'm ready, lets go.

Favorite Movies	Sweet and Low Down, As Good As It Gets, A Passage to India.
Favorite Music	Acoustic, Soft Jazz, Folk, Country, and Old Time Rock and Roll
Favorite Books	I enjoy books by Stephen King and John Irving, Steinbeck, and Latin American authors. But basically, I enjoy words on a page.
