Introduction First and foremost, I am a mom to three wonderful kids. This role really has defined me as of late. Besides a mom, I am a wife, daughter and friend who is still struggling to figure out what I want to be when I "grow up". There are just too many things out there that I find that I love doing. It becomes more and more difficult, with each passing day, to edit my never-ending list of aspirations, inspirations, motivations, wanna-tries, to-dos and so on and so forth. Right now I am a pack-rat aspiring to become a minimalist. Crafting helps me gain control, giving me an outlet, a purpose and a reason to be such a squirrel of a hoarder. It's all in the genes I tell you. You should meet my mom! I live to learn, to discover, to create, to laugh and to love.

Why do you think honeydew is the money melon?

It's green isn't it (at least on the inside)? And green is the color o' money, which is actually quite funny, because if I were doing a word association game and someone called out green, I feel quite certain I would yell out apple or pear, or maybe grass. Is that a value statement? Hmmm.
