| Introduction | I find writing young adult fiction an infinitely satisfying job and am currently writing my second YA fiction novel. In addition to writing, I spend much of my time teaching, having fun and working with adolescents and teens in my church and within the community. (I've got the paintball bruises to prove it!) I am a voracious reader of fiction and have combined my passions for books and youth to create young adult fantasy. My experience has shown that most teens find relationships and the immediate future occupy their interests, rather than the past or long term cause and effect. My writing engages the reader from this youthful perspective, producing novels with broad appeal to both sexes. |
