| Introduction | Most recently I have adopted the Vegan lifestyle. It is challenging, but extremely rewarding. There are the obvious health benefits, which I started to feel immediately. I can breathe more easily and feel great. Also, without even trying I am losing weight. I do work out pretty regularly, but I have a terrible cold so haven’t been able to get to the gym. Remember, your body will heal more quickly if you rest. You should be getting plenty of vitamin C, sleeping at least eight hours and not exerting yourself. Yes, I realize that eating sushi makes me a terrible vegan but I don’t care. I love it! I decided when I started that seafood and sushi were allowed. You have to make a lifestyle livable and if I can’t have wine and sushi I would hate myself. Now, you can find organic wine but it is best if the grapes are organically grown. The actual organic wine is not typically very good. Although, I am obsessed with Frey wine. It is amazing and has no sulfites. Mmmm…. |
