Introduction	I am Tammy of thepinkdrinkladies.com and Recipes In Review is a new feature blog in conjunction with our site. This past May my friend and I happened across a wonderful health and weight loss product called Plexus Slim. We decided to start taking it and the results were amazing!! Even though this product works wonders alone, we started feeling so great that we wanted to start changing other things in our life to compliment our new Plexus way of life. I decided to pick up a few healthy, diabetic, and vegetarian cookbooks to give some new recipes a try and let you know what I think. I will try to focus on some healthy alternatives to everyday meals because let’s face it not everyone is whipping up souffle & creme brulee in their kitchens. I guess you can say my inspiration came from the movie Julie & Julia. I loved the movie, Amy Adams, Meryl Streep and Stanley Tucci too!
