Introduction My name is Lauricia Grimshaw-Cox aka Lauri Cox aka ArtGirl! I am passionate about my life success and the success of others. I believe empowering and mentoring woman and girls with and through the creativity we all have inside of us is one of my purposes. I am currently and constantly following my passions and creating my life to open up the doors to the phenominal things coming into my life. I am so grateful for what has transpired and continues to transpire in my life every single day. I am living my BLISS! www.epiphaniesofanartgirl.blogspot.com
Interests Art and Life are one and that is what keeps me breathing. I study and practice the universal laws and developing my spirtuality and beliefs daily. I love to meditate, how did I live without it before! And I like to do a little yoga moves while I'm at it! ahhhh.
Favorite Movies SOOO Many yet So Few!
Favorite Music Being an 80's girl I have a secret passionate love for hair bands (and mullets too! You can take the girl out of Ogden but you CANT Take the Ogden out of the girl!)but really love any music that makes me feel good. I have quit a collection of diverse music. I am currently obsessed with Kelly Sweet, Dana Glover and Sasha Dobson but love Norah Jones, Anna Nalick, Joss Stone, Diana Krall. Just too many to name. As I create in my studio I love to listen to these artists and also add a splash of my dear friend Elise West who is an incredible local musician and favorite woman of mine. Laurie Anderson is another favorite but she freaks my family out!
Favorite Books Eat Pray Love. A MUST read for all woman as far as im concerned. If your in search of a relationship with your own soul than this is the book for you. I also own more artsy create books than you can imagine! As I sit in my happy chair I love to shift through them and get inspired. Being an incredibly busy person I love audio books and this has opened the doors for me to multitask. I listen to life and spirituaity growth books and have a ton of them!
