| Introduction | I am a United States Army intelligence officer with 16 years of service. I was born in Germany and was also stationed there many years. I have two combat tours in Iraq, first with the 1-1 Cavalry Squadron 2003-2004, and later with an Iraqi National Police Transition Team 2006-2007. I have also worked as an intelligence analyst for federal law enforcement. My family variously uses English, German, and Korean in our home.
