Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I think the neck is one of the sexiest parts of the body. I can't walk naked down the street. So my neck goes naked if the weather permits. Plus I wouldn't want to give a wife an easy opportunity to strangle me.
