Introduction My name is Amelia (or Miel for short!) and I'm a twenty year old senior at Rider University. August 28th, 2007, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, an autoimmune disease that limits my diet by cutting out all gluten (wheat, rye, barley, and sometimes oat). Here are just some experiences of mine while at school and dealing with the drastic changes to my lifestyle as I try to make my life better and healthier.
