Introduction	My name is Carolyn and I am a PhD student in Ottawa, Canada. I study algebraic geometry, which is just as scary as it sounds, so I keep myself (semi) sane through cooking and baking. All of my recipes are vegan and made without refined sugar or flour. I believe all food should be fresh, healthy and filling!
