| Introduction | I have four great passions in my life. The greatest of these is my relationship with Jesus Christ. I know I'm a sinner with no chance of ever earning my way into heaven. Christ, being God and wholly perfect, died for MY sins. I've accepted His gift of eternal life and strive to live daily in a way that pleases Him. My second passion is the love of my life, Bill. We've been married since 1999 and pray that God gives us another 100 years together (ok, maybe that's stretching it, but we'll be together in heaven)! We are currently working on adopting a baby and waiting for a birthmother to choose us to parent her child. The third and fourth passions are teaching and crafting. I quite my full-time day job as a middle school teacher in 2012, but I still teach a high school Sunday School class at church. My creative outlet is crafting. It's relaxing, helps me be more expressive, and ends with something I can give away. The best of all worlds! |
