| Introduction | Malaysian Chinese born and bred in Kuala Lumpur with entire primary & secondary education in Methodist Boys' School.From 1966-69 studied in University of New England, Armidale, NSW, Australia for B.Sc.(Hons) in physiology and 1970 in University of Sydney (residing in the Syd. Uni. International House) for Dip. Ed., all under the Colombo Plan Scholarship. Served the Malaysian government for over 26 years in seven schools & four states as graduate science teacher in Kajang High School, Selangor in 1971 until optional retirement as principal of SMJK Poi Lam, Ipoh, Perak in 1997. Chosen to represent Malaysia as Commonwealth Foundation Fellow in April 1989. Had been active in various NGOs including the Kiwanis Club of Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh YMCA & Rotary Club of Kinta. |
