About Me: Peter Stone graduated from Melbourne School of Ministries Bible College in 1988. He has been a Sunday School teacher and church pianist for over twenty years, and has been known to preach on the odd occasion. He is blessed with an international marriage and two beautiful children. Peter suffered from severe depression in the early 1990s and shares his route to recovery on this blog, with practical advice and words of comfort to depression sufferers, in the hope of helping them to cope with and recover from depression too. Peter suffers from epilepsy, otosclerosis (going deaf), and since early 2010 has been dealing with the return of major depressive disorder, after sixteen years remission. However, Peter has a grateful and thankful heart, because he knows that all things are in Jesus’ capable hands. For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. Philippians 1:21 |
