Introduction Ryan and I met at BYU right after I got back from my mission. I had already graduated but had a year before I could start graduate school, so I figured I might as well learn a little more in the mean time. Ryan was in his last year of graduate school. We met the first week of school and started dating soon after, became practically inseperable, got engaged the next March, and married in June. Ryan started working for a few days after our honeymoon, a couple months later I started grad school, I just graduated. I am the 5th of 7 daughters and loved growing up in an all girl family. I adore my family, all 40 of them. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and my devotion to my Heavenly Father and Saviour are a big part of who I am.
Interests Swimming, Dancing, Reading, Scuba diving, Hiking, Traveling, Animals, Gardening, Cooking new recipes, photography, blogging, camping, going on walks, Memory and learning, History (especially Church and World War II), Animals, Geography, and Nature
Favorite Movies I like a LOT of movies including Les Miserables, A Beautiful Mind, Knights Tale, Nacho Libre, Mulan, The Blind Side, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, X-Men, and oh so many more
Favorite Music my music tastes are pretty varied, I like pretty much everything, (but probably not so much rap or heavy metal), I listen to a lot of 80s and 90s rock, country, classical/instrumental, Broadways, and Christian.
Favorite Books Hunger Games, Maze Runner, Twilight, Harry Potter (clearly I like series books). Those are the popular ones I can think of, but I like a lot of classics (Jane Eyre, Persuasion, Dracula, A Christmas Carol, The Count of Monte Christo, Scarlet Pimpernell), historical fiction (especially ones set during World War II or the Holocaust - The Hiding Place, Night, The Children of the Promise, Zion Chronicles), novels incorporating Jewish culture (any books by Naomi Reagan or Bodie and Brock Thoene), books about early America (anything by Deanne Gist), and lots of non-fiction (some of my favorites are Same Kind of Different As Me, In Quiet Desperation, Freakonomics, Devil in the White City, The Brain That Changes Itself, Aging With Grace, and The Book of Mormon).
