| Introduction | I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in private practice in Albany, California. I have been a La Leche League Leader for 33 years. I am an International Certified Childbirth Educator (ICCE) and a Birth Doula. I am part of Loving Arms Childbirth Services with Carol Shattuck-Rice and Alice Elliot. We teach comprehensive natural childbirth classes, Refreshers and VBAC preparation in Albany, CA. Most importantly I am a mother of three grown sons and a grandmother of one!
