Introduction	I grew up watching my mom make everything homemade. She made bread from scratch, and pickled veggies from our garden, made jellies and even crackers. I have always loved great food, and now that I have kids of my own, I want to make sure they learn to create and love healthy and wholesome food like I did. I blend my passion for travel and African dance with my love for eating, cooking and writing, and voila...my blog. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
