| Introduction | I started in triathlon in 1991 and I feel I have achieved most things I have set out to do. Represented GB at ITU races Standard distance(Mexico '02, Hawaii '05). Long Distance (Ibiza '03 and Sweden '04). Duathlon (Belgium '04). Aquathlon (Hawaii '05). I seem to be suited more to Ironman distance. Frankfurt 9:44, Austria 9:19 Q7, Kona 9:35, South Africa 9:49 Q2, Zurich 10:26, Melbourne 8:59 Q6, Kona 11:16, Bolton 11:24, and recently became an Outlaw winner in 9:38, Two top-10 finishes at World Long Course Triathlon, National Silver at Middle Distance, Gold National Sprint Relays, World Bronze at Aquathlon. Race Across America (RAAM) finisher (4-man team), European and British Quadrathlon champion in 2012, 2016 Xterra Malta and Xterra Greece AG winner, European Tour winner and Xterra World Champs finisher.
