Introduction	8/05 First date 1/07 Move in together 11/07 Engaged! 11/08 Married!! 11/09 Started TTC 7/10 BFP! 8/10 Miscarriage (ectopic in right tube) 9/10 HSG reveals hydrosalpinx in right tube 12/10 Basic fertility workup reveals low motility and morphology, my hormones are all normal 3/11 See RE for the first time. Orders another s/a, tells us to keep trying a few more months. 7/11 After yet another s/a (I think it was the 3rd...maybe the 4th one) the numbers are getting worse, learn that there are anti-sperm antibodies (ASA) present. RE says our only option is IVF with ICSI. Urologist puts DH on steroids hoping to get rid of ASA for a few months. Another s/a shows it worked! 8/11 Get a 2nd opinion from another RE. She recommends trying IUI. We go for it! 8/11 - 1/12 Total of 6 medicated cycles (3 on Clomid, 3 on Follistim). First cycle we do an IUI, the next four are cancelled due to Oing on my right side. Too risky for another ectopic. Sixth and final cycle we get to do timed BD, but alas, BFN. 1/12 - 2/12 IVF#1! Estimated retrieval 2/26
