| Introduction | Founded in 1999 by Lead Filmmaker, Brad Strain, Scared of Genre Films was conceptualized as a creative outlet to facilitate other artists’ creative outlets. Actively involved in the Seattle art scene, Scared of Genre Films has built a reputation for consistently capturing companies, events, and products at their very best. As Strain describes his company’s work, “if we can showcase our clients in a way that fits their aesthetic and reveals something new and enticing to their viewers, then we’ve done our job.” Based out of Seattle since 2002, Scared of Genre Films maintains ongoing partnerships with several local arts entities including La Familia Art Gallery, Seattle band Latitude x Longitude, and the local art news organization, Scene in Seattle. In addition to these lasting partnerships, Scared of Genre Films has had the pleasure of working on previous projects for ZZ Top, The Lights, Jerin Falkner, and Kindred Media. |
