From Heels To Houseshoes

Introduction	Knocked (literally) out of the working world. This is my journey of switching from heels to houseshoes. I am battling lupus, one second at a time. I haven't worked since 2/13, when my boss fell on me and destroyed my back. This loss of income has forced me to learn to cook, and cook on a budget. I can no longer do 90% of the activities I loved due to the injury, and am battling depression. I have turned to G-d as we all do when faced with adversity. I want to share my struggle, not only to help others, but as therapy for myself.
Favorite Music	I love all music. When lupus is raging, and I pop something on, I am transported to a place where the pain isn't so bad. When I have no energy, it gets me up and moving. When I hurt to badly to sleep, it soothes me and takes me to dreamland.
