Introduction	Pilates and fitness is my passion. I am a wife, mommy, manager and trainer. I love to workout and teach fitness classes--Pilates, Yoga, Cycle and running are just a few of my favorites. I love to cook and bake healthy food for myself and my family. I am learning to be crafty. I cannot sew, knit or crochet, so my crafts involve glue, scissors and, well, that's about it.
