| Introduction | Croeso. Hellooo, I'm Helen. A native Welsh speaker, from deep rural Wales. Happy wife and mother, daughter, sister, friend. I was called Buzz by my friends in school. Bohemian by nature, we lived in a campervan for 18 months when our son, Jac, was three. I love to have my hands in the earth, my feet on green grass and in moving water, my head in the clouds and my heart on fire. I plant and hug trees, grow and use herbs, grow vegetables. Love the smell of wood smoke, being in love with my husband, seeing our son grow into an exceptional young man, tramping the countryside, reading (so many books!), writing, stitching, natural dyeing, being.
