Introduction | I'm an American living in Australia since 2003 because I met the man of my dreams and married him at age 40. He loves me at any weight. I've been as high as 296 pounds (in 2000) and as low as 125 pounds (briefly in 1984) but aside from that I've always been heavy, even as a child. I've dieted my whole life. I've tried everything, really. I've lost heaps of weight only to regain it each time and frankly, I'm tired of the struggle. But I'm not ready to give up. I'll be 50 in August, and members of my family tend to die between the ages of 60 and 70. If I want a chance of beating that, I must find a way to lose this weight. So here's to getting fit at fifty! |

Favorite Books | I don't really read much fiction (though I enjoy the Outlander series)... I like books that help you explore your spirit and improve your health.
