Introduction	Originally I started this blog because I thought it was a great way to keep friends and family up to date with our lives. It is also a fabulous way to advocate for my son Tristan. Today my main objective is I hope New Mom's or Mom's with prenatal diagnoses will stumble upon this and see how fantastic my son is. I hope they will be more informed than I was and be less afraid. I have 3 children Justin 23, Chanelle 12 and Tristan is 7. Tristan was born with an extra Chromosome on his 21st pair. Prior to having Tristan in my life I knew absolutely nothing about Down Syndrome. I thought if I shared Tristan more people could become aware that Down Syndrome isn't a bad thing. Yes having Down Syndrome makes Tristan different but the definition of different doesn't equal anything negative.

Favorite Movies	Grease, A Beautiful Mind, Good will hunting, Hope Floats, Anne of Green Gables, Little Women, White Christmas, Rocky horror picture show and all horror movies especially Zombie ones!
Favorite Music	80's rock mostly but I have an open mind and like most music
