| Introduction | Since I was a little girl, I have always enjoyed crafting with my mother and grandmothers. In our little home, they taught me skills to sew, knit, needlework - well just about everything. My mom and her mom were the most wonderful cooks too. My dad, a true craftsman, taught me pattern-making and mechanical problem-solving. I cherish those childhood memories. Now, I use those skills to create little treasures that may one day hold fond memories for someone else. My studio is located on Marrowstone Island - a little Pacific Northwest gem. I use many different kinds of materials and often repurpose, recycle and reuse old findings. I am married to the sexiest man alive - he is my muse and encourager. Our home wouldn't be complete without the pitter-patter of my little poodle, Maggie. I hope you enjoy reading about the many blessings that fill our lives. |
