Introduction	I'm a blog interloper. That is to say, I don't have my own blog, but rather enjoy lapping up the hard work of others. In particular food bloggers. And there are some damned good food bloggers out there - who do two great services. Firstly, those that are in my home town (or in cities I am intending to visit) provide me with a short circuit to the best food in Singapore or in their respective cities. Secondly, food bloggers provide a more psychological benefit in the academic discussion of food - and a more praiseworthy topic of debate would be hard to imagine. So to all you hard-working bloggers... thank you! I loves youse! Oh yes, I'm an Aussie living in Singapore. I love Singapore! But I also love Hobart, Tasmania. If only they were closer together!
