| Introduction | There are many wine blogs out in the world. The goal of this blog is twofold. First, to serve the local BC community since there is a serious lack of personal reviews / tasting notes on wines carried in the BC market, and I know that many are not fans of relying solely on tasting notes from the big corporate magazines. Second, I would like to give a voice to the smaller guys in the wine industry and help participate in building a niche community of wine lovers both locally and abroad. Thus I humbly hope to add to the few personal voices on wine in the local market. Hopefully some from elsewhere will also enjoy the posts! One note for readers not from BC: The alcohol laws in BC are antiquated!! BC Taxes make our wines between 80-100% higher in price than in the US, so keep that in mind! |
