Introduction | I am a Christian, daughter, sister, wife, and a very proud Mommy to a beautiful little boy that was conceived through IVF. My husband and I have been married for over 7 years and truly enjoy every single day that we have with our little miracle. After a loss in 2004 and many years of infertility treatments we were finally blessed with our son in 2007. He is indeed a precious gift from God and we are so very blessed to have him in our lives. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, thrift store shopping, making primitive signs & gameboards and re-finishing items with great prim potential. |
Interests | Spending time with my family, thrift store shopping, flowers, gardening, antiques, re-finishing furniture and thrift store finds, photography, scrapbooking, primitives, infertility and making prim signs and game boards |
Favorite Movies | Pretty Woman, Dirty Dancing, The Notebook, Titanic, Devil Wears Prada, Hitch, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Fools Gold, Baby Mama, Fireproof, Facing the Giants |
Favorite Music | Contemporary Christian (Casting Crowns, Michael W. Smith, Natalie Grant, Jeremy Camp, Todd Agnew, Chris Tomlin and many others) |
Favorite Books | I love books by Nicholas Sparks and I really enjoy magazines. Some of my favorite magazines are Country Sampler, Birds & Blooms, Paula Deen, and Mercantile Gatherings and you can't go wrong with Judy Condon's books... love them!! |
Your people want to make a statue in your honor. What will it be made out of and what victory will it commemorate?
The statue s/b made out of something strong, but painted a bright color just to reflect who I am. Bright colors make me smile. As goes for the victory that it would commemorate... definitely INFERTILITY and becoming a Mommy. I am so happy and blessed to say that I overcame something so hard in my life and I have the best gift to show for it... My son! Happiness is truly being a Mommy!!
