Introduction	I am a teacher in life and a baker in fun! With long summer hours and a passion for all things sweet, I have learned to spend my summer cooking! I tested Chocolate Chip Cookie recipes, until I found my favorite! I kneaded out bread until I could make the perfect loaf for dipping and sandwiches. And now, I’m on to cake! I love watching ‘cake shows’ and decided I would give it a try. My first priority as a baker is flavor! I want a rich, moist cake packed with taste. Once the flavor is good then it is time to move on to style. I use gumpaste and fondant to accessorize, but prefer buttercream for covering. (I hate to say it, but fondant is not yummy! It makes a lovely cake, but does not taste nice.) Hope you enjoy a JaneyCake creation!
